First Screens you get to see in "Buttonage".

Yeah! That's right! I already got the name and I'll be telling you what happens in the game.

You first choose player's sex (I chose girl because I wanted to see what is her name. It's Hitomi.) and then you must capture a Pikachu (it's a test, since you're in school).

Our hero is apparently a new student (American movie cliché... eh.). A teacher named Anri comes and introduces us to the class (before she does it, we get to see the game's logo again) and we must say our name (if you don't choose name, you'll be named Hajime [if a boy], or Hitomi [if a girl]). What happens next? I don't know. I just began playing.

Well, I'm a VIP. That's the secret behind it.

Anyway, after the part where I finished, Teacher Caps (Kyapusu, almost like Kyapisu) demonstrates capturing on a Bippa and a Pichu. After that, we can talk to him anytime to demonstrate this again. Teacher Kurian/Clian demonstrates us the Pokemon's moves. She (I think it's a she) demonstrates crate-destroying move that Bippa uses to destroy crates. Just like with Caps, we can come to her and ask to demonstrate us again anytime. After that, a woman who's possibly a school staff (she's called Sewayaki-Obasan, very roughly "Ms. Bothering") is attacked by Bippas. And we must KYAPUCHAA DA ZE! The outside of school is full of weak Pokemon that try to escape when the hero gets close to them, but of course it's possible to reach them and try to CAPTURE ON!

By the whole time we explore the school, our main heroine is followed by a classmate called Rizumi (I believe that if you choose boy hero you're followed by the boy classmate called Dazuru, but I'm not sure about that).

The teacher are called Caps, Kurian (Clian?), Anri and Mirakado (these may not be all, I just began playing). The principal of the school is named Ramo. They've all got strange names. I wonder what will U.S. names be like.

Maxim that is awesome to see this scan thanks for posting it. and we now know the girl's name as well. But i still like Hajime (the boy) Better.

The capture music in this game is quite catchy. Much better than the last game...

Yeah. I like the music very much. It's very good.

Now, I'm stuck. The school is invaded by wild Pokemon, I'm Capturing them but nothing happens. I have no idea how to get through this part, I'm stuck.

Now, I'm gonna sleep. It's already late where I live...

I'm stuck in this fucking school.

The school is invaded by wild Pokemon but they respawn soon after capturing, so capturing them is USELESS! I've got no idea what to do.

Anyway, the Pokemon Ranger Buttonage Official Webcomic is going to be put on Pokemon Daisuki site tomorrow. Since I have an account there, I'll be able to see and give you that comic.

Yes! "Batonnage" was Serebii's mumbo-jumbo. I've always romanized it as "Buttonage". It may sound gay, but it's really derived from Button!

I found one in a crate. I have no idea where are the other ones.

UPDATE: Yeah! Found one! Now I'm in the school cellar!
