What you need to do is go to route 113, and youll see these sand dunes. under one is a ninja but there is a Ether/elixir under one and TM32 Double team under another.

Well, Double Team isn't really used much in battles much. I've only even seen it on Shuckle. :P

Actually double team is helpful and about everything can learn it. Effect raises evade
