Emerald, definitely. I spent so much time playing that game, it was just so epic. :D I can say that it's the Pokémon game I enjoyed and played the most.

FireRed. Took everything that was great about Gen. 1 and made it even better. Getting to battle Blue again during his Champion days was a real treat. I also liked the addition of the Sevii Islands.
I always loved XD.
Awesome game and lots of fun.

Colosseum. It had the best storyline, in my opinion :3
Sapphire. I've never played Emerald. And I've have never really played with Ruby, because my brother had that game. The only other 2 games that I owned were LeafGreen and Colosseum.

Colosseum. Introduced my favourite playable character in the series, and two of my favourite villains.

Emerald! It took the R/S storyline and made it a lot better. It aded both Team Aua and Magma, more trainers so you have a possibility of beating Tate&Liza without having to do some major grinding, the battle frontier, being able to catch Kyogre and Groudon, the epic cinematics with Rayquaza calming down Kyogre and Groudon. Everything about Emerald was just EPIC!
I don't always resist, but when I do, it's with The Resistance. Stay resistant, my friends.
