16, and a die hard fan ^^

I'm 15, turning 16 in 3 months. But yeah, i definately agree that you can only really enjoy the game when you're old enough to see the different levels on which people find it fun. It's just so much better liking pokemon because of the strategy and ability to customize, than because pikachu is cute and it has a spiky tail. I think most people here are older than most people would think. I mean, there's something about the philosophically-inclined debates on the Pokemon World Board, that's made me realise most people on here AREN'T ten years old.

I am 17

turned 15 less than two weeks ago

All the new people go to Serebii, which has been around since '99, I remember the GeoCities site, but this site was actually popular in 1999, so us older fans remember it.

I'm 22 years old and I started playing when I was in my early teens. I can't remember exactly.

I am only 14, waiting to turn 15.

I'm 22 years old. (Strangely seems like a common age here) I started playing when Red and Blue first came out. I went through a huge lapse however and didn't play for a long time, but now I'm picking it back up in anticipation for D/P.

17 and still loving Pokemon as much as I did when I was 7

just turned eighteen in August. I'm basically trying to beat every pokemon game, currently on Gold and its getting frustrating trying to find shinnys while training :p
