I just joined probably over thirty minutes ago, and I seem to have a problem. I can't put up a profile picture. Everytime I try to save the changes, it doesn't work. Is there a glitch or something?

What is the picture saved under? It may just not be the right file.

The file is a GIF one. Is that what's wrong?

Not having a thread meant to me that I wasn't properly broken into the forums, and I'm sure it's fine. I think @Ino-Chan made her thread years after joining, so I decided I wanted to do that too.

Is there anyway to get rid of the announcements at the top of the main page?

I'm not sure you can do that in vB4. You could in vB3 though, I dunno why. Maybe its a feature that needs enabling or something.
