if you split the text into two lines, you should be good.
the image is just under 600 pixels, so if the text doesn't extend past its length you should be good.

You can go to Settings --> Edit Signature --> add what you like (images, text, both, sprites) --> Save Signature

when you post, if you checkmark the box by "Show your signature" it will be displayed.

It exceeds the height limit by 60 pixels. Limit is 160 while yours is 220. ): It's also over the 500kb limit; it's almost 1mb in size, which is two times bigger than what's allowed.
