About 493 X 239. The height needs to be within 160 pixels.
The banner alone takes 227 pixels. Considering the two lines of text that take about 16 pixels together, your banner should have a height of 144 pixels at max.

The banner is exactly at the limit (575 X 160), and there are no additional text, so it's fine.

One: The gif breaks the height limit. Limit = 160 px. Gif height = 270px.
Two: The filesize limit is 500kb. The gif in question is 1,793.82 kB.
