Thread: Is there some sort of list for moves that can hit Non-present targets?

Let's say my Blastoise just used dive. I know some moves, like whirlpool, can hit it. Whirlpool, although, is the only move I know of that can hit a diving target. There isn't a clear list on the wiki (or at least I didn't see one).

So if we could at least list the moves that can hit flying enemies, diving enemies, and digging enemies (and anywhere inbetween) then someone can put it on a page or something.

Of course, if this already exists, then close this and direct me to it, because my Pidgeot just got cross-chopped by a Machamp.

Machamp has No Guard. Which makes all moves hit regardless of where you are. That's why you got hit by Cross Chop while using Fly. It works for both Pokemon though.
