Regarding the Info for the Sapporo Pikachu (OT:サッポロ, ID:50701)

it is Lv10 not lv5.

Do you have a source that indicates it was given out at level 10? The info I can find on it supports that lv. 5 is correct. It's true that the Yokohama, GW, and ANA Pikachus given out that year were level 10, but it doesn't seem to have been the case for Sapporo.

1. i have never seen a trade list for the Sapporo Pikachu with a lv5
2. i ask the guys at Pokemon Secure and they agree it should be lv10 and listing of lv5 was a mistake.
