So I was playing through Pokemon Black earlier and it occurred to me, is this the first Pokemon game in which you can't name your rival? Every character goes by their official name except for the main character which is chosen by the player, Bel is Bel, N is N, Cheren is Cheren, know what I mean? Can someone tell me if this is the first Pokemon game to do so? I don't care about spin-off games, I'm talking about the main games, Red, Gold, Ruby, Pearl, White, Y'know?
