Yeah, have a blast.

If you wanna wait for the new version of the Attack template, go on and say so - I've set it up so that I can put them on top of each other and meld them into one big supertemplate, instead of splitting them up as we do now... though currently that portion's kinda broken. So ignore that.

Seems to say it's protected, but I left my comments on the talk page. Red and green on dark backgrounds are especially challenging, but red-on-green or green-on-red are both hard to pick up. A few other color combos have similar problems but none are present on that template.

I do wonder, then, how the colorblind play the TCG?

I dunno. But it's hard to see on my screen.

Liking the template, but I've got the same issues with the colors. The actual cards have the benefit of different fonts, a bit of depth, and perhaps most importantly, they don't consist of lights on a screen.

Almost everything in the "dark" section is hard to read, while the bottom half of the middle column suffers the same issues. The rest is fine though.
Feels like the colors should be adjusted slightly on the text to fit the backgrounds better; I know we use the set color templates for everything, but there are cases where we're going to need to deviate from the "official" colors a bit just to make things readable. (unless we can start putting white or black borders on the text itself, which is actually potentially an option; I'll dig through some code.)

EDIT: Seems there's no viable simple "put border on text" option in CSS, and stacking text in two colors won't work very well. I'd probably just stick another lighter box/div within the darker color, just like with the ability text, so the rest of it is readable. Function before fashion.

For example on Team Rocket's Dark Electrode EX, you copied the colors almost exactly, but it's still harder to read the template than the card. A slightly lighter shade of red on the text would help, as well as a larger font size; the card's already a little hard to read on the screen, keep in mind, so we shouldn't be afraid to actually improve on the style.
White Collection Jalorda (http://pokebeach.com/news/1010/black-white-collection/jalorda.jpg) also manages to make the red-on-green look good, partly because the green background is actually lighter than what we use. (font is nice and big too.) We might just need to overhaul some of our colors, it's possible not all of them are quite perfect. I'd say just go with non-template colors for now though, and make it readable; we can deal with the details later.

i like the template, but a lot of these colors are painful/unreadable.

We can alter the TCG typecolors, you know. Just as long as they stay generally the same - it's the reason they're templates. So that whenever we decide to change them, they all can change.

I'm color-blind, thus , I don't play the TCG.
