Sky One Pokémon Master Quest/Advance Review Thread (Week One)

I don't know how many of you are in the U.K. right now, so this thread is kind of a test to see if it would be worthwhile to do more of these international-type review threads in the future.

This week, the folks over in the U.K. will get a special treat--every day for about two weeks or so, they'll get two new episodes a day. This will finish off the Jouto League and bring them a little bit into the Houen League. Here's the schedule:

Monday: "Can't Beat the Heat!", "Playing with Fire"
Tuesday: "Johto Photo Finish" and "Gotta Catch Ya Later"
Wednesday: "Hoenn Alone" and "Get the Show on the Road"
Thursday: "A Ruin with a View" and "There's No Place Like Hoenn"
Friday: "You Never Can Taillow" and "In the Knicker of Time"

So for those of you in the U.K., here's your chance to catch up to what the U.S. has already seen, and then brag to us that you're getting new episodes, some of them over a month before we will.

Fwee~~~! I love it when we get ahead of the US... about sixty people complain to me... ^^

But then Sky One get bitched at by the states and have to halt the new episodes until you have caught up ;.;

now this all boils down to one, very important point:

Can those in the UK be arsed getting up at 8am on a half-term day? XD

I'm looking forward to Tuesday though - I think Gotta Catch Ya Later would seem better on TV than it did on my computer screen...

Well, depending on how popular this thread is, I was going to make a separate thread for the weekend episodes.

Actually, SkyOne is going to be showing 12 episodes of AG over the weekend. 6 on Saturday, and 6 on Sunday.

So, any news about the first episode of Advance? How was the title screen? Eyecatches? Voices? How was the episode overall?

I've just checked SkyOne's listings. It seems that the episodes on Saturday and Sunday aern't all AG eppis. The first five are going to be repeats of the last few MQ eppis (Gotta Catch Ya Later!, Houen Alone etc) while the last one on each day will be a new episode. Sorry about the mix-up. ^_^o
