So Brock is taking care of these pokemon because the boat is short on medical staff?

So Brock is taking care of these pokemon because the boat is short on medical staff?
Isn't it obvious?
They give Brock something like this a new career (he had a monologue in just today's episode, of what I don't know, though it might be because he thinks he's holding Ash back for whatever reason, that would be my guess), another gym leader is joining the main cast in B/W, Just where the hell is Brock supposed to fit in?

Says the Best Wishes site.
I have a feeling the episode will be more interesting than the preview lets on.
If "not being on that cast list" translates to "isn't in BW", then it also says Pikachu isn't in BW.
Try again.
So.

No, it's pointing out that, for all this "knowledge" that Takeshi will leave the series, you don't ACTUALLY know for sure. Nothing has been said either way, so where did all this come from?
Until today, Satoshi wasn't on the site either. Takeshi wasn't revealed to be in DP until two weeks before that series started, and before that it was "common knowledge" that the DP group would be Satoshi, Hikari and Shinji.
So yeah. Learn from your mistakes, kids. Is there any actual evidence that Takeshi is leaving, or is it just the same "well of course he is, duh" situation as last time?
So.
There isn't any solid evidence, and I believed he'd stay over everybody else for a while, but when we found out that there is an episode solely to him (let alone the fact he had a monologue at the end of today's episode about probably what he wants to do now, and that he needs to think hard about it), my belief has changed. The fact that he has probably made the decision to be a doctor, as he saw Ash & Dawn go through their dreams but never did anything towards his shows that this was the way the writers were going to write him off the show. As Joy's (or atleast a branch of them) will be appearing in Isshu, there is no need for Ash to have a doctor in his 'group'. I don't know, the fact he gets an episode to himself pretty much confirms he's leaving.
Also, some fun dates for you.
It is currently August 26th. The BW anime premiers September 23rd. That's in a little less than a month.
DP premiered September 28th. Here are some select threads with the date they were posted:
Will Masato stay, yes or no? - September 2nd (also, people discussing "hints" towards Team Rocket leaving).
It's verified that Satoshi is staying for DP - September 3rd.
Hey, I wonder what the cast of the DP anime will be - September 6th.
As everyone know, Takeshi is leaving the series after AG - September 12th.
The DP gang will be Satoshi, Hikari and Shinji - September 13th.
Holy crap, Takeshi is in DP after all - September 15th.
So yeah.
So.
Of all the places for Brock's big decision to be made, a cruise ship is interesting. I am expecting the girl in the episode (or someone else with medical expertise) to be impressed by Brock's success and hire him for a medication job, with a great offer. I am also one who thinks it's a good idea for Brock to leave and part his own ways, and the most I am expecting in the next series is him crossing paths (not join) with Ash's crew.
Yes, and at the end of AG, there were a bunch of episodes showing him "settling down" at a Pokemon Center and working with a Joy that not only had a personality, but also got along well with him.
Not to mention most people, not necessarily you, were treating Takeshi leaving as "common knowledge" weeks before that title was revealed.
What? No he didn't.
So.

*sigh*
Remember when Tentacruel were bigger?
It was sort of disappointing seeing them attack again, but being so small.
