No, it's apparantly "Any pokemon can become strong if you leave them to be trained by another trainer cause the ones I did train and worked hard with, they got gutted" ;p

Gliscor getting a win wouldn't be a problem if everybody else had gotten one, but Torterra and Staraptor (despite its previous wins) being winless sort of weakens the impact of Ash's victory.

No, not really for me...Not looking at its "impact on the rivalry" or whatever, maybe the reason why I'm okay with Gliscor getting a win is because I like it as a character? And usually enjoyment takes priority over something as trivial as plot :P

So far, I don't see the Air Master's training to be too evident in the battle, so I'm not concerned. I see it as more of a confidence boost than anything else -_- (I suppose we'll have to wait till the next episode).

So far, Gliscor only had about 2 minutes against Ninjask (which it performed poorly against) and maybe 3 minutes against an already slightly weakened Drapion. I don't think its win/screentime will be too much of a spotlight stealer.

It is ridiculous that Torterra didnt got any victories.
Torterra used Synthesis.
Torterras HP is fully recovered.
Drapion used Pin Missil.
Torterra fainted.
I mean, WTF???
And Gliscor got pretty much stronger in the meantime if you ask me. See how he was using the current to fly away from Drapion after that Giga Impact? That was awesome. I bet Gliscor will end up in a draw with Drapion, and then Electivire will beat Pikachu, and then Infernape will beat Electivire, and Ash will win.
It was very cool to see Froslass battle, and it was really spooky, IMHO. Too bad it was knocked out so easily.
So apparently, only Pauls pokemon that succeeded in doing something are Drapion and Electivire. How pathetic after all.

Of course there isn't mate. Whoever says otherwise has been drinking too much Red Bull. Gliscor and CharZ(thats what I call him :P) have both been left behind with a trainer good at dealing with their types. Its better cause they work on their weaknesses plus imporve their strengths and also get more attention they wouldn't normally get since Ash needs to train his nother pokemon too.

It was already confirmed that Ash will defeat Paul how else would he face the Takuto in the finals? But I hope Gliscor defeats Drapion instead of drawing against it it deserves this win more then anything.

Seriously, people,drop the "if gliscor gets a win against drapion ..."act,no matter who gives the final hit to Drapion, its defeat wont be an accomplishment of a single pokemon. It will be the accomplishment of Buizel, Torrterra, Staraptor and Gliscor.Since all the little attacks they did to weaken it, all the energy they made it waste, was necessary for defeating it.

Its not a "if x gets a win". This is a team fight.

We have lots of switching. It isn't "Infernape defeated Ninjask!" no.Is "Gliscor and Infernape defeated Ninjask".

You could actually say Gliscor and Torterra both need wins. Its still sad how Torterra was just tossed aside. It was doing so well. Anyway, I have a feeling that Gliscor will take down a few more pokemon until Electivire shows up. It loses the match against Electivire, so then Ash sends out Infernape and the battle continues till either Electivire or Infernape wins.

Do we know if Ash actually starts battling the Darkrai trainer at the end of this ep? I can't see Ash Vs. Paul taking up the whole ep, but maybe the first 10-15 minutes at the most.

Considering this is the last episode we'll ever see Shinji, I doubt the battle starts at the end. The rest of the Satoshi/Shinji battle may take 10-15 minutes, but we need time for a good send off.

I'm still predicting Paul will re-appear in DP191, considering Ash is still in Sinnoh in that episode.

They may be holding off Paul's real sendoff for that episode. Gary re-appeared after the Johto league for the second to last ep of the original series.

There's only two Pokemon left, (Drapion and Electribvire), I cannot see it taking up more than 10-15 minutes.

I actually believe that Electivire will take down both Pikachu and Gliscor, but not without taking damage. Which will open the door for Infernape to take it down. On the Darkrai thing, I think that its actually a Gen 5 pokemon in disguise aswell, because no one can truely believe that a trainer could catch Darkrai.

I personally don't care if Paul gets a crappy send off. A good five minutes of Paul telling Ash he did a good job, and leaves is perfect for me. We really don't need any more than that. So I kind of hope Ash trains at the end or maybe even starts his battle with Darkrai Trainer.

You are all aware that if it is Zoroark, it makes the battle even cheaper? I mean Ash being swept by a Zoroark only to lose to Ash's final Pokemon which in turn gets defeated by Darkrai Trainer's Second Pokemon? My goodness if that happens, I'm be even more upset with the writers. Darkrai sweeping Ash's team is one thing, but a disguised Zoroark?
