Heh, so that picture of Iris on Zekrom just turned out to be a dream sequence? The advertisers just love rick-rolling the viewers with fake hype.

Team Rocket is being awesome again... I want to believe it...

Iris having Excadril use Dig on a boat? She's SUCH a kIIIiIiiIiiIIiiiiiiiiIIiiiiiid!

Oshawott actually being heroic and helpful as opposed to being a trouble-making failure? What madness is this?!?

So I liked this episode. Good show writers.

A great episode. Can someone explain whether the Unova Pokemon at Juniper's lab were transferred to Pallet Town or not?

I'm going to ask about the music. Did they finally bring some of the old music back or is it still the same tracks we've been hearing since BW started?

I hope we can find out soon about what the conversation was about between Jessie, James, and Meowth with The Boss because I am cuirous about what they were Talking about You Agree.

To answer a few people's questions:

    - Araragi-Hakase told Orchid-Hakase that she will be sending the reserves Satoshi has at her lab over to his.

    - Sakaki praised the Rocket trio for taking down the Plasma-Dan (they're taking credit for that too) and told them to keep up the good work. The trio was super happy to be praised by their boss and vowed to capture Pikachu so they can continue being praised.

    - They're still just using the Best Wishes! BGM.

So do TR constantly get praised for taking the credit for taking down 3 evil teams now?

It's basically a rehash of all the other villain climaxes.

Except they actually did something this time, they just pretty much lied the other times.

A.) Well, I'm glad for that.

B.) Did the trio ever say 'that' to Giovanni that after they 'defeated' Team Plasma? I mean did they say that they'll continue to try and capture Pikachu at Giovanni? Or did they just say that to themselves? (Because LOL, did Giovanni have like a face when he heard them say that, or did they say that somewhere else?)

C.) The same BGM? I guess they're not planning to make one unless Pokemon X and Y starts kicking in.

This is trivial, but I just LOVE Kojiro's voice when he is disguised, specially the way he pronounces "Monster Ball". For a "Team Rocket is back" episode, this is so much more like it than BW109. I'm expecting the animators to stop recycling so much motto footage, this one was actually very akward starting with recycled petal-themed motto, then petal-themed new footage (though it was pretty good), then dark urban-themed recycled footage, and finalizing back to the petals again, along with a really weird slow-motion "R" animation. I thought it was going to stay as a "P" for one moment.

Why did James kept the twerps' tickets and carefully stored them in an envelope is what I'm truly curious about.

Parker seems very intriguing to me. He must be very important if he got his own scene in the opening. I guess only time will tell.

And to think that if Jessie remembered to pick up Oshawott's Poke Ball, they might have actually got away with their scam.

Oshawott ended up saving the day again.

I don't know what to say about "in-character" TRio. Their personalities seemed to shift from being completely serious to nonsensical just over this past episode. Maybe I'm just so used to TRio's seriousness over the past two and a half years.

I hope the writers don't go too overboard with their enthusiasm like they did back in DP.

Well, it's not that simple. Team Rocket were the ones who released Kyogre back into the sea during the Aqua/Magma finale. Moreover, they foiled their plans at least once before the finale, it was when Team Aqua was introduced, they helped (and managed) to avoid that Aqua grunt from stealing material from Devon Co. As with Team Galactic, they tried to help Looker (defeating some grunts, even though they are identified as intruders by Cyrus before being able to do anything else). Then they helped to secure Jupiter and other grunts.

It certainly is different than Team Plasma, now they helped much more, but, at least with Team Aqua/Magma, I think that their participation was also important (though, yes, they shouldn't be taking credit from taking them over, even if I love when they do that).

Also, can anyone please explain me how did they say their motto? What older mottos were used and how? And what was the background music used?
