This... Yoshi, you're like a bundle of wisdom today :)

Beginning of the episode, why is there a tree in the middle of a museu... oh wait that's Iris doing a good job at backgrounding. >___> Aloe and Dento have a conversation about being a sommelier which I bet I'll love even more when I understand what was being said. :D Get to the battle already.
Thoughts on the gym battle... Well I blinked and missed it!
jk... well almost, it went fast and it wasn't super interesting. Though I really liked three things about it: 1- Aloe using status moves which I always love in the anime since I always feel it hightens the quality of the battle and 2- Aloe being able to recall her pokémon, that rule never made sense to me and 3- Spinning bishie Dento with da sparklez. Few things I disliked. I feel nothing for Pokabu and Mijumaru, they were just there... no real interesting personality, at least to me. Oh and I wanted to bitchslapped Kibago when it came out of Iris' hair. If it ain't doing nothing, I don't want to see it. It's starting to feel like the new Togepi.
Egg moment, it still exists!
Don George cracked me up for some reason here.
TEAM ROCKET ARE BADASSES!!!! OMG!!!! *speechless*
In recap, loved the Dento stuff, the Don George moment and the TR badassery, the rest was meh.
It does look kind of like that, but then the book case looks like a "green screen background" with Aloe being the only thing that seems to be normal animated. So its kind of hard to judge. But I guess giving a clue would make sense.
Mijumaru is officially my favorite Unova starter...Ash's Mijumaru (I really don't wanna call him Ohawatt or whatever) has so much personality, and was giving sass to Ash in that battle, like he really didn't wanna battle the big gopher lookin pokemon LOL!
I like that Ash lost, cuz now it means he gets to train more. Though I did think he did a good job in it.
Ash fan. Multi Ash shipper =]
Oh god, what was up with Miju's expression when he got up and laughed after being knocked down? He looked like he was freakin' possessed with his pupils obscured like that. (Note to self: must make animated gif later this evening.)
Miruhoggu is one of my favourite Generation V-ers, so I've been looking forward to this one for a while. Loved seeing the mean-looking meerkat/woodchuck thing in action.
I thought Mijumaru being forced into battle and being quite non-chalant about the whole situation was pretty amusing, personally. It's usually pretty headstrong about jumping into the fray, but here it was like 'Yeah...whatever. I'll fight when I FEEL like it'.
I dunno. Maybe it's just me, but the way this little guy thinks gives me the impression he might have been kicked in the head by an electric zebra at a young age.
Mirhog was cool, as expected, and it's like these guys are desperately trying to make me warm up to pokemon I was indifferent to before, 'cause Yorterry was ridiculously adorable.
Other than that...eh. I wasn't really feeling this one.
