"That girl's mind runs on it's own track". It certainly does, Meowth. :P "Like a big sister". Foreshadowing? Did Brock just say "No need to worry"? Has he done that before? Was it in the raw? Nice to see how Dawn got used to Togekiss's grace. Too bad it won't be enough. One more filler to go.

    I guess I didn't explain clearly.

What I mean is that giving Team Rocket too much screen time can cause the episode to lose its point. I'd only give Team Rocket about 6 3/4 to 9 1/2 minutes of screentime other than the motto scattered throughout the episode. Here they got about 12 or 13 minutes of screentime, which is far too much.

I know that Jessie does want Togekiss, but I guess the writers exaggerated it a little too much knowing how Jessiewanted Togekiss. Most of Team Rocket's appearances throughout the episode were simply "I want that Togekiss, fear me". If they actually kept Team Rocket that much throughout the episode, I would suggest something like Piplup, Up and Away!. They could have disguised themselves as some "Battle Evaluator" people or simply referees. Heck, they could have even made something like a day care center, though one more advanced than the one in An Elite Coverup!.

But as far as this episode is concerned, they could have limited Team Rocket's appearence a little, so we could get to know Togekiss a little more. But if the writers want it that way they leave it that way. For all we know, it could lead up to something. Maybe they'll be more successful in Isshu and the writers are trying to give us their final crumbs of Team Rocket's old schemes, like the get-up-and-go strategy.

I think he said 'There's no need to rush'. Though I'm not too sure as I haven't got both to compare at the moment. I would have hoped he'd said it in the raw too but I don't think he did.

"No need to rush"? I hope that doesn't become his catchphrase. "No need to worry" is enough, but I'm not complaining.

Sorry, I mean he said 'There's no need to rush' in the Japanese raw. He was talking about Dawn's training with Togekiss, so he was saying there is no need to rush into anything, but the dub changed it to 'No need to worry'.

Now everyone's just taking Dawn's catchphrase as a pun. Sigh.

I think he said 'em both.

Coolest part of the episode was the epic air battle. I was thinking how both Yanma and Togekiss are both Flying-types, and two of the most common combinations so far (Bug/Flying, Normal/Flying), yet they're so different. It's nice to see a Team Rocket Pokemon hold its ground equally. I mean, hell, even Seviper was dodging Thunderbolt of all things! Sudowoodo showed up too. It's like a raffle and everyone was given ticket.

Yeah, that's true. The Gible vs. Togekiss battle was fun, too. I forgot to give my rating for the episode.

Aerial battles are always a joy to watch. Especially when Iwane's at the helm.

Yeah. I wish I could be involved in that battle.

I wonder how in the world that field could be so gigantic.

I enjoyed this episode. I loved the part where Togekiss scolded Gible for almost hitting Piplup. It was about time someone stood up for Piplup since his trainer won't.

I also like the air battle.
Demons run when a good man goes to war.
Night will fall and drown the sun
When a good man goes to war.
Friendship dies and true love lies.
Night will fall and the dark will rise
When a good man goes to war.
Demons run, but count the loss.

My god, if that isn't the truest truth ever.

Fluid and dynamic animation beats out static models moving up and down like stiff boards any day.

This ep really shows that Yanmega is probably the strongest poke Team Rockets ever had, or it sure seems like it.

Poor Seviper though. Sent out to battle, but then left to the fray without its trainer.

I always thought Gible was the only one on the show who didn't like Piplup besides me.
