For some reason, PO decided to update their recent tier three months after their last one, meaning that both Smogon and PO received tier shifts on the same month. What else do these changes have in common, you ask? It's the B2W2 additions. Yes, the additions are very much a major force in affecting the changes, with powerful Dream World abilities and new forms for current Pokémon. So, what changed between those two? Here are the changes:

Back in 2010, during Pac-man's 30th Anniversary, we got a glimpse at what is Namco's attempt at Pac-man's redesign. Before this survey, Type A was used as the basis of the redesign, in which it is seen in the Pac-man CG animation trailer and Pac-man Party for the Wii. However, now Namco wants the fans help! For this blog, I shall ask some users (which might be you, if you are into this sort of thing) to distribute a new move. Perhaps it's odd for me to ask people to do this, but I am really interested in some responses. When distributing a move, it is important to consider a few things (though they may not be perfect):

1) The move should not break a Pokemon. For example, Shedinja cannot learn Endeavour due to its HP. Another example would be Spore on Whimsicott.

If you don't know what Pokemon Showdown is, it's basically a Pokemon simulator that runs on the web, meaning you don't need to install a battle simulator like Shoddy or Pokemon Online. It is, in a word, convenient, because you can access it anywhere. However, I am writing this because I stumbled on what is essentially a programmer's attempt at diversifying OU while adhering to certain limitations like leaving the base stats as it is, and changes have to make sense. Here’s something that I just thought of when thinking of the implications of Little Cup being at a higher level. Now, I never played Little Cup before, but I heard that matches were quite fast-paced. Essentially, the matches are for Pokémon at their basest form, meaning that if something can evolve, they are qualified. For example, Bulbasaur is qualified because it can still evolve. However, Unown is not qualified because it doesn’t evolve, despite being in its basest form.
