*Dies in a single round of combat from Dragon Dance x3 + Dual Chop VII + Two Quick Attack Vs*
That's what happens when you try to build Paradise without being interrupted by long-winded dickheads. And that poor team of Toxicroak/Mamoswine/Seismitoad/Petilil. They did all the work on that place while those "plot-centric" five just jacked off, and they get no recognition by the game. Same goes for the now
As a bonus, I didn't have to pay for the shipment upon its arrival! Now to quickly finish off Mystery Dungeon Crawler before I start up. And probably recharge the battery, too, given how many cutscenes its got.
And hope FE13 ships in the mail today so I can put down this silly roguelike and pick up and even sillier SRPG.
To be fair though, this is the best roguelike I've played, and I blame my chillstream for this Fire Emblem stuff - still think Tactics Ogre is fancier.
Actually, it's hilarious how fast Detect Band, Swift Swim or another act a bunch of times move, the right V-Wave, and an overpowered high-level move can tear through those bosses. They just die, so fast it's a sick joke.
Same goes for the groups, except you only need a bit of power and not an epic build to shit on them.
Level IX, displayed in the form of a gold star (as opposed to a gray star as with Confuse Ray and the like). Odd level, but that's what it is.
That last climb from Level VIII is steep as hell. I went through a 14F dungeon exploring every nook and using it at every opportunity, and the bar didn't even move (although it was close - the dojo pushed it up two bars). With Training Seeds, I fared noticeably better - but it was still slow as hell.
