...Sorry. I wanted to use that for quite a while. XD
Anyway, my first >week as a moderator has gone relatively well, at least when it comes to learning the ropes. I'm certainly trying to be as active as I can be in the Battle Center (even doing my part to keep the tourneys up-to-date). I must say, it's pretty fun to be a member of the staff, but it's also not something to take very lightly. Discussing things such as warnings/infractions with
Yeah, my family's moving to a new house. You want to know something funny? This new place is, like, 2 miles away from where we live now.
Why move, then? Well, we live in a townhouse (a two-story apartment, basically), and the place we're moving to is an actual house (though for rent). This move is basically a home upgrade. I've got a lot of my things packed up to transport to my new home, including my camcorder.

Just about all of you are familiar with the word, no doubt. In forum lingo, it basically means the point-based punishment for breaking rules; this punishment can sometimes warrant a ban from the forums.
Its proper definition doesn't quite match this, however. The word "infraction" is intended to mean not the punishment, but rather the crime. "Infraction" is defined as the act of breaching or violating laws or other types of rules.

And I'm one of 'em, baby. I'm plenty happy that my application was approved in the staff drive, and I'm eager to really get started whenever I can. In the words of Martin Septim (The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion): "I hope to prove myself worthy of your loyalty in the coming days."
