Or any other decent source of vitamins for that matter. Still, I'm not a health nut, and it tastes great anyway. Besides, with the amount I drink, if it was a good source, I'd be taking in 500% a day, which can actually cause problems (short-term ones, especially pertaining to waste removal I believe). Damned if it doesn't taste good either.
Well, it's been a while! Torchwood rocked! I got back from France last week! It was at Chateau du Tertre, and I really anjoyed it. anyway, the more important news is, it's my birthday in 5 DAYS!!!!!
