It's very unethical of them to trade hacks, passing them off as legitimate to other people. I know that extensive hack-checking isn't easy, but it's going to be important when handling shiny Pokémon.
The question: why hack these Pokémon in? In the end, when they are found out, wouldn't they get punished for what they did? Is there anything long-term to gain from hacking Pokémon?
