I have an essay that I'll be posting whenever it's convenient for me (it was for NB, but that got canned and so the essay needs edited a bit) about the future of the fandom. But I figured that if anyone had a topic that they wanted addressed at length about Pokemon/Bulbagarden/etc., I'd take that on first. So this isn't quite a Question Time thread--I'm looking for one idea that I can address more thoroughly (looking to do a 500+ word piece on it). If anyone has an idea or issue they'd like addressed,

Today I was playing my old copy of Pokemon Yellow while the anime was on on TV. So I'm sitting there, battling the elite four, and I tell my Pikachu to use Thunderbolt. At the exact moment I pressed the 'A' button, Ash yelled out on the anime "Pikachu, use Thunderbolt!" It was so perfectly timed! I lol'd
Contrary to what I stated before, the infamous yellow light aka YLOD is now showing up. Any other time, this would be bad, but now that I have something to work off of, I can use a guide like this to do it myself!
Why not send it in the "safe" way? Because one, fuck you wussy. Two, my warenty's expired. Three, it costs $150 I don't have or want to spend for Sony to fix it, which is half as much as a brand new console and what is sent back may fail again costing even more
