One of the earliest concept designs for Satoshi's hat was simply a straight adaptation of Red's hat. There are also several other logo shapes and designs after they decided to go with something a little more original, my favorite being the lightning bolt "P" symbol.
Also, I really love it how similar the mindset of the concept art is to my concept art for my fan-manga reboot of Pokemon.

My sister's baby was born yesterday. Her name is Isra. (It's Arabic.)
I am so happy to finally be an uncle. I haven't seen the baby yet, but I'm going to see her tomorrow. An even better treat was that Mum's birthday is coming up in a week. She's happy about the early birthday present.
I also found out that in a few months, my family is going to California for a week.
Welcome back! Today we cover Chapter 2, in which the third protagonist is introduced- Red Vershunn, a Pokémon Trainer who was mysteriously transported to Tanko from the Kanto region. Well, let's get on with it, then. Chapter 2: Meet Red
The chapter starts with the stranger from the previous chapter waking up and asking where he is. In this chapter, I establish that the Kanto region is regarded among Tankoans as more or less an urban legend. The sort of thing you
