Had it for about 2 days now, but it's getting better. What really sucks though is my raspy voice. People keep making fun of me for "going through puberty again." -.-' I'm getting kinda tired of drinking nothing but tea too (but I do like soup and cough drops :D)

I've recently been trying to watch raw Pokemon anime episodes, and I can actually get a pretty good idea of what is going on by reading facial expressions, context, etc. but I don't really think it's actually helping me learn Japanese. This thread made me realize while posting that this year is likely the year Pokemon goes to E3. I seriously can't wait till it does happen.
I became I Pokemon Pacifist about 2 years ago. Before I continue, a Pokemon Pacifist is someone who refrains from all forms of competitive battling. Only in game battles.
I made this decision after a particularly scarring battle between my Mienshao and my friend's Braviary. I used Stone Edge and since Mienshao was faster, and Braviary's life was yellow. But then, quick claw kicked in and Braviary used Brave Bird.
Since then I have never fought another competitive battle.
As promised, I've started work on a new piece of writing, since I want to become a regular contributor to the other creative parts of this forum besides just RP'ing. And the new piece in question is about elephants. Such fun.
The only snag I've hit so far is the title. For now, I've called it 'This Is A Story About Elephants'. Catchy, isn't it? I might actually keep it that way for artistic purposes that'll become clear later on. The only part of it I'm genuinely worried about is
