So I was looking for male Bulbasaur/Venusaur from Japan and Korea on the GTS, on the off chance that the could have Chlorophyll. I came across a Korean Venusaur being offered for any Spiritomb (one of those rare occasions on the GTS where you not only come across a possible request, but completely reasonable too). I traded to see if it would have Chlorophyll, it didn't. However it did say egg obtained from Wi-fi event, so I checked Bulbapedia and it looks like it was from the recent Kanto Starter eggs event in Korea. ...
