Considering how lately some people seem not to understand difference between justified and unjustified criticism i decided to make this blog to clear things up.

Im going to use some characters who are often criticized in pokemon fandom like Misty or Iris as examples to point out difference between this two things.
Justified complaining is something which is based on facts using canon from some show to bring across point someone is trying to make.

First example ...

If there is something uncalled for and invalid from peoples part is accusing others of being "nostalgic tards"when it comes to pokemon anime.
I noticed many times how when someone express preference for older series(like Kanto,Johto,Hoenn) they are usually viewed by many people of someone "whose mind is clouded with nostalgia not being able to recognize why new series are better".

This may seem to some like a rant but its not,its more my explanation behind arguing quite often about this character to point out some ridiculous statements i encounter from time to time.

Here are couple of examples:
1.)"Togepi ruined Mistys character."

Im not sure from where this ridiculous statement comes from or who started it but Togepi had nothing to do with Misty's change.If people didn't liked way she developed and matured thats one thing but ...

Posting blogs isnt my speciality but recent events about new girl in BW Iris caught my attention.
I noticed quite abit of dislike toward her being directed just because she didnt get much focus yet.But someone has to ask himself,is this really justified?

Sure she didnt got much character centric episodes nor battled much yet but to be fair Best Wishes are not even on half of saga yet with there existing plenty of time to do something with her.

Everywhere i go i can hear whining how Ash story should be closed down,same goes for TR or any character.
What interests me is why people arent able to seem to sit back and enjoy in this show following characters journey and its adventures?

This show was never about coming to destination but about journey.

None of characters in this show in reality got their stories closed completely.

May and Dawn left with an open end still not being top coordinators,same ...
