I just spent a lot of time guessing ages of gym leaders and e4's for just one post, so I'll just put it in my blog as well (but here, I'll add even some more!) Oh they all need an ingame sprite or offcial art for me to guess the age, or else it won't do.

These ages are based on FR/LG:

Misty: 15 (based upon in-game sprite)
Lt. Surge: around 34
Erika: 16-18
