Random rants n' stuff

I started playing the Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card game this year, and, having been to a fair few tournaments, I've seen a bunch of different Decks. In this blog series, I'll review some of the most notable ones, and offer some suggestions as to what cards one should use to make a Deck of one's own based upon the theme.

So I'm going as the Eleventh Doctor for Halloween. Here is a picture of me in the tweed jacket I am using for the costume.

Great game, but the last level felt a little unsatisfying, and the guns weren't quite as good as in Halo: CE. I did love the Carbine, though, and used it often. The shotgun was great as always.

Now to start saving up for a 360 and the rest of the series...

It's no secret that I've always had affection for the X-Men franchise. Along with the Flash and Batman, it's one of the few comic families I follow avidly. The franchise has had its low points (Fuck you Quesada, I liked Jean), but I'm here to talk about the characters who captured my heart and refused to let it go.
