Ultimate Pokemon Game

The title says it all. I know others have had the same general idea also. I have thought about this for a very long time, I have even typed up a list of things about it. This game would be the ultimate for many reasons the two main ones are: the availability of every Pokemon and the opportunity to visit every (main series) region. Let me explain below.
-This game would be 3D (like Colosseum, XD, and Battle Revolution).
-There would be a 360 degree view.
-When you go to the top of a building or mountain, you can have an actual view, instead of seeing clouds below
-When using Fly to go to a city, you see the Pokemon you are on (not just the circle below you). You can actually see your character flying instead of you character taking off and landing two seconds later. You also get to see other Pokemon while flying, like passing Pidgey, Staraptor, or even legendaries like Ho-oh and Rayquaza. (no battling while flying though)
-Same goes for using Surf. You see the Pokemon you are on. Maybe even see other Pokemon that live near the surface like Tentacool and Frillish.
-online mode--> where you can battle and communicate with other players
-All types of battles: Single, Double, Triple, and Rotation
-Every Pokemon is able to be caught
-All legendary Pokemon are in the game (even event)
-no need to trade with others (because thats difficult for some people)
-for Pokemon that evolve through trading, there are NPCs that trade with you and then trade back so you can evolve your Pokemon.
-After you defeat the Pokemon League in a region, you have to leave all of your Pokemon in the PC and receive a starter from the next region's Professor to start off with. You can access your old Pokemon after you defeat the 8th gym in that region.
-After defeating the Pokemon League in Kanto, you can travel to the Sevii Islands, which only serves the purpose of finding rare and legendary Pokemon
The main goal of the game is to catch every Pokemon and win every Pokemon league. No Team Rocket, Magma, Agua, Galactic, Plasma or future villainous groups. Heres a break down of the game:
