Stupid 24-hour Limit

Rate this Entry
On deciding to restart my LeafGreen, I decided to transfer my last valuables through Diamond's Pal Park before erasing my save data. Big mistake.

Apparently, to protect Pokemon games from those awful hackers who would abuse Pal Park, Nintendo instal, led the 24-hour time limit. That brilliance, not being enough for the protect-customers-from-themselves mentality of Nintendo, led them to also say "That's not protective enough, we must now protect players from ever changing their clocks ever.". Now I have the priveledge of waiting 24 hours for the limit to expire. Class-A job, now my pokemon clocks will never be 5 minutes apart again.

BAWWWWWWLOG. Here's something to brighten this up:

I heard HGSS doesn't have that restriction. Is that true?

I have no idea, though that'd be awesome-sauce.

    That is quite irksome.

This, so hard. Honestly, the DS has great games, but the hardware itself is laughable at times. WEP only for like forever, WPA on the DSi but only for games that support it, having to shut down every time you change anything, no daylight savings support...the list goes on, and on, and on...

This is because they wanted you to buy the Pokémon Box to store all your Gen III 'mons.

which is why i need to get around to finishing Soul Silver so I can do a pretty huge transfer to SS, which im making my main game, if it is true that there is no 24 hour limit, i can get it done in 1 day, which would be sweet. If now if i didnt feel the need to have a shiny Extremespeed Dratini, id have done it already
