I mean...seriously, Nintendo. It's like you don't want our money or something.

I finally filled up my Wii's memory today, so I'm having to go through and "clean out the fridge." And while I do understand Nintendo's stance that you don't need to have all those games on your system at any one time, it's still bullshit that I have to redownload the games I deleted if I ever do want to play them again.

I really like my Wii, but things like this are doing a great job of preventing me from being a blind Nintendo fanboy.

My DS's battery won't hold a decent charge any more and apparently the only way to get a replacement battery is through Nintendo themselves. Which is really stupid. You can go nearly anywhere to get a new battery for your CAR, but you have to order from the company to get a battery for your VIDEO GAME?

I've seen the batteries at Radio Shack.

Well, sometime in the next few months is supposed to come a firmware update that allows for the VC/Wiiware titles to be stored on SD cards.

While it is a *step* in the right direction, I'd still much rather have a hard drive. You'd have more disk space (the Wii can only handle SD cards up to 2GB) and the load times would be quicker.

That is the general response from consumers that Nintendo has received so far. My thoughts are that this is a temporary solution at best.

With downloadable content slowly becoming more commonplace on the Wii, I think that Nintendo must realize that it is in their best interest to eventually release a hard drive.

personally, I hope they do something about those damned Wii game saves that can't be transferred to a card. The fact that I can't back-up my hard-earned completed Brawl data right now is extremely unnerving. T_T
