Hey, guys! How's your monday going! I hope it's better than mine. I'm sooo tired. But at any rate, I thought I should post today on a little band called Mogwai. Here's a picture of them:

That moustache is going to keep me up at night.

Mogwai are a Post-rock/Instrumental Rock band from Glasgow Scotland. They have been around since 1995, and have celebrated quite a bit of popularity in the United Kingdom, and in the US. Their sound is very relaxing and subtle, with electronic ambiance(and on occasion percussion) helping out with perfectly accentuating their flawless sound. This band doesn't always utilize vocals, but when they do, it's quite subtle. Very quiet singing. Here is their current line-up:

Stuart Braithwaite – guitar, vocals (1995–present)
Dominic Aitchison – bass, guitar (1995–present)
Martin Bulloch – drums (1995–present)
John Cummings – guitar, laptop (1995–present)
Barry Burns – guitar, bass, keyboards, synthesizer, flute, vocals (1998–present)

Here's a really great song by them(I always listen to it while skateboarding).

This band is pretty easy to get into, and quite accessible. If you're into Alternative Rock or just Rock in general, you're definitely going to like this band.
For fans of: Red Hot Chili Peppers, Isis, Explosions In the Sky, The xx, Godspeed You! Black Emporer

I like it. It's calm and relaxing, but still upbeat. Definitely going to give them a listen in the future. :D

Yeah, their music is very chill. Their music is used quite a bit in commercials. Very good music to do homework to, too.
