I just figured this out on my own this morning so I figured I would share it.
My TV over-scans my PC when I set up 1080p; my graphics driver has a scaling option that works around this by scaling down the image. Problem with that option is that it just squashes the pixels together and you may notice the image isn't so crisp.
Solution (note this is for AMD graphics drivers however other graphics drivers likely have the same option somewhere):

Wii Sports Club was released worldwide, I was looking forward to purchasing the sports for it and playing with friends online and competing over matchmaking.
My Miiverse ban which lifts this upcoming Thursday prevents me from messaging friends to ask for a game so I jumped straight into matchmaking instead, this is where I found the matchmaking is terribly programmed.

Wii Sports Club is out, but there is a problem.
For those of us forsaken to live in New Zealand and Australia and receive PAL products despite being on the opposite side of the globe from Europe, the matchmaking is unplayable.
The matchmaking appears to randomly search for other PAL users instead of prioritizing to countries with good connections (not sure about Australia but in New Zealand's case the best connections would be from New Zealand, Australia and the North Americas).
