Customer service fail

I was trying to create an AIM account through its iPhone application. For some reason it cannot create my account even when I fill in the fields properly. So I sent in a customer service form. The reply I got?
How am I supposed to delete an account that doesn't exist? This is not how to do customer service, people!If you're having issues with your AIM on your iPhone try deleting the account from your device and setting it up again.
I ended up giving them a reply, telling them they haven't really solved my problem at all. Hopefully I can get things going soon...
Edit: So they told me to create the account using a different browser. Okay, at least I got a feasible answer. Well, I'll try when I get home.
