Despite the criticism it's received, I felt it was worth every penny. The graphics were lovely, the Slender Man mechanics were top-notch, and I loved the introduction of characters and a story. The Lauren, Kate, and CR made the game so much more interesting. The story was also captivating and eerie. At first I was bothered by how short the game seemed, but now I think it went very well. Trying to stuff it with game-play could have taken away from the story, I think. I think they could have made the story clearer, though. So anyways, I installed it, but resisted the urge ta play it, since I gotta wait till Sunday so ReshiramDragonofTruth and I can play it together. I was just checking out the game menu options, when I came across the progress record.... It seems as if the game has already been played, as it shows things such as the number of items collected, and a record of how many failed pause attempts there were. It has 2 out of 26 items collected, and 62 failed pause attempts.
