So I made my way to Violet City. I caught a male Caterpie on Route 31 and named him Elijah. I trained him for a couple of levels, but then I went inside Dark Cave and caught a Geodude, and I trained her a lot more because she would be useful against Falkner. Her name is Cindy. She was level 9 by the time I entered Violet City, and she was level 13 once I was done with Sprout Tower. Yes, Grass is super effective against Rock, but I just kept on spamming Tackle. Good enough. And she learned Rock Throw!
So yeah, started the Nuzlocke yesterday. I chose Cyndaquil and named him Tyler. From what I can calculate so far, he has a 31 HP IV, which is pretty cool :) His defense is like 1 or something though. He has a Docile nature.
I did the whole thing where you go to Mr. Pokemon and back, and by the time I finished battling Silver for the first time, Tyler was level 10.
I got Pokeballs from Ethan (finally), killed the Pidgey that I met on the first route, but I did catch the Pidgey that
My little brother really wanted to try out Pokemon Pearl, and my parents wouldn't get it for him because I already owned it. So he begged me to give my game cartridge to him pretty much all day, and I finally relented about half an hour ago. I reset my game for him and he gave me his HeartGold cartridge in exchange.
I've already played HeartGold though, and I just thought it would be boring to play it again. So I made a decision.
I've decided to try a Nuzlocke run of HeartGold.
I'm actually supposed to be working, I have a lot to do today. But it's not happening, because I'd much rather be on here. And I guess I have less incentive to do stuff, since there's no school on Monday.
Oh well. I can multitask and start learning the song I have to have memorized by tomorrow for singing class. [s]I'm screwed[/s] :P
I know it's plastic, but it's a very strange kind of plastic. Most candy wrappers come with that extra flap that you have to tear to split the wrapper or whatever, but the m&m wrappers rip just like paper. And the actual material is somewhat fibrous like paper... but it's plastic.
I'm looking at the Fun Size wrappers BTW, since my brother got a bunch of Fun Size packets for Halloween.
Okay, back to physics homework.
