Ok, here you go then.

A Pokemon with the ability Synchronize in the first slot could help. With that, any wild Pokemon has a 50% chance of being the same nature as the Pokemon with Synchronize. Looks like Adamant Alakazam and Gardevoir aren't so useless after all. There's nothing we can do for IV's though, it's still just luck based.

Aaaah I totally knew that..sorry for wasting your time! Yeah I had a look at all the Pokemon with the Synchronize ability but none were Adamant.

Fear not though - after a good few hours I finally have my Male, Adamant, 31 Attack IVs Lillipup which 'Likes to Thrash About.' :)
I just decided instead of Ditto hunting I would throw quick balls at Lillipups on Route 1 until I had a female Adamant and whaddya know, after about 20 attempts I had one :) Sent it off to the DayCare with my level 100 male Stoutland and 8 eggs later the perfect one popped out!

Good times.

It's my first attempted at EV training so wish me luck!

Good Luck. I just finished EV training a Lonely 31 Attack IVs Sandile who knows both Beat Up and Thunder Fang so I recommend Protein, Muscle Wings and battles against any Pokemon that give Attack EVs, like Pidove.
