Anime Genetics: Some identical twins are just not identical!

I’m Annoying! I’m Bluish! I’m from ZEXAL! I’m a Turtle! And I’m blogging!
This time, we are talking about Anime Genetics! BTW, it fits the Gen VI theme, doesn't it?
Inspired by @Nasch; and his identical twins entry, I decided to delve into the mysteries of Anime Genetics. It’s basically Anime Physics, but Genetics. And it rocks!
Yep, every anime has its own peculiar genetics, Pokemon is no exception. The very best example are twins Tate and Liza, hands down.
Even heard about opposite-gender identical twins? “Come on, this is impossible!”, someone would say about it. “IRL, maybe, but in Anime Genetics, I don’t think so!”, I would say! Indeed, you cannot get identical twins with opposite genders. After all, this is enough to make them non-identical.
However, with my limited knowledge of Biology (IRL I mean), I assume it is possible to get Tate/Liza twins. If you are under 18 and have no recollection of why I am putting this under a spoiler tag, don’t open the tag at all costs. Everyone else who is smart enough to find out the reason I am doing all of this are free to open. Just to avoid infractions
I can also rant about Pokemon genetics (aka breeding), but we have no recollection of how Pokemon breed, so I just decided to stick with Tate/Liza.
The question is: WHADDAYA SAY?
