The blog is back to its old name!

How many times does the anime have to do the same thing?
That is, Team Rocket opens up a "Pokemon groomy thingy shop", a character leaves their Pokemon there to be grromy thingied, and then pop! they steal it and Ash has to blast them off.
Diamond and Pearl had that Bertha episode, where a COTD left his Magby like that. And Gymbaliar too, early on, where they kept the Pokemon that lost to Croagunk to "make them stronger" .
Wow, I just have a 6-1 Contrary Malamar sweep on PS! Too bad replays are not up during the server move, so I can not get the video.
Well, I have to admit, it had a great start because the opponent began with a Charizard who used Earthquake (misclick?) on the first turn. I Toxic'ed, and it kept boosting with Swords Dance. This way, I was able to defeat a Flying-type with only Superpower, getting to 4x stats quickly.
Aegislash, Espeon and Gourgeist were easy targets.
We have episodes about Chespin (Clemont shall get it, opening spoilered it), Pancham, Espurr, Scatterbug/Spewpa and Sylveon. I have a bad feeling that all but the first I mentioned will end up the f-word. Unless someone in the group catches Pancham or Espurr. Sylveon is revealed to be another Trainer's and the bugs already have their final evolution seen with Viola's battle.
So much aspiration for XY's fast initial pacing. At least Gen 6 introduced a few new Pokemon, that should mean
I was not that amazed when it was revealed as Oorotto, mostly because I thought it would be single like Sudowoodo. Later on, I liked the idea of a Ghost/Grass type (especially because Gardenia was so freaking scared!).
And finally, I checked Phantump's Pokemon Y Pokedex entry... Wow!
Far better than the fellow tree Sudowoodo. Far better than the fellow "human" Cofagrigus. Far better than that obese pumpkin Gourgeist! And even available in
