Education Costs To Much

So I just started a new semester in college and am already needing almost a thousand dollars for books and tuition. I get money from FAFSA and they pay almost all of my tuition. Last semester I had to pay $17 from pocket for tuition that FAFSA didn't cover. This semester I owe $236 because they raised the tuition. I applied late for my FAFSA which isn't that big of a deal, but I also applied late for TAP. TAP unlike FAFSA takes about a month to process so I have no money for books or the rest of my tuition. It's expensive to take on, and I can't find a job to get money. Last semester my mom payed for my books for me. This semester she hasn't payed for anything because she has no money since she decided to waste money on "fixing" her teeth, even though she didn't need it. So now I have no way to pay for books that I need this week for homework due next week because she doesn't have it due to wasting money on things she doesn't need, and teeth aren't the only thing she wasted money on which make me more pissed off. I figure I'll ask my father who never has any money, to see if he can help me pay what I need, and I might ask my stepfather as well. I'll of course pay them back when my TAP comes in in a month, but until then I need to pay for my books and tuition somehow. Just felt like getting that off my chest. Slight warning, if you plan on attending college, start saving now since it will run you dry, especially if you have no money. I did an internship and saved money from it. After I started school I had to use the money for things like bus fare and food, and even a little for books. There's less than $50 in my account now. What can I say. If you want a good job, you have to pay more than you'll probably ever make in your lifetime.
