Gashnagati, my new Pokémon!

Good, now that I have your attention, here's the real stuff.
I've created my own Pokemon! I'm about to post in the ideas for new Pokemon thread. Well, This is it:
Gashnagati, a Pokemon that is quite possibly the most powerful. It is always with maxed IVs. It knows the moves:
Apocalyptic Force: User gains 2x of all stats, Opponents lose 1/2 of all stats and max HP, get confused, and fall asleep. Affects all party Pokemon.
Shadow Tomb: Opponent faints for 10 turns or until battle ends.
Blade of Doom: 250 power, dark type. Has 50% chance of opponent falling asleep.
No Way: Reverses everything that occurred from the last 5 turns.
It is Dark type, and has the Ability:
Doom Cross: Pokemon cannot be caught with a Master Ball. Opponent Pokemon will faint in 15 turns. Not affected by Mummy.
It has higher stats than Arceus. It transforms between night and day. In nighttime, it has 2x stats as daytime, and No Way is replaced with:
Eternal Sleep: 90% accuracy. Causes opponent Pokemon to faint. 5% chance of forcing opponent Pokemon to vanish from player's party until re-caught at Doom Dimension. (A made up place)
