Just a question from looking at this picture. Does Neku have a sister and she was never mentioned. But for some odd reason she's holding Mr. Mew who belongs to Shiki Misaki.

No idea what TWEWY is... but that picture annoys me. Who IS that chick, and why are her legs all wonky? I mean, look at them (I know you already were)! Their positions and angles relative to each other suggest much wider hips than she actually has (or are actually possible, I'm pretty sure).

Is she some sort of special cyborg with additional joints?

There is no known family of Neku. I did notice the phones and Mr. Mew, possibly a child of the two? I dunno. I hope not though, it'd seem super cheesy :/

We don't know who she is, or anything about her. This is all a mystery.
