Delphox is considered to be the worse of the Kalos starters yet it's the only one that isn't weak to Fairies.
Fire type moves aren't very effective against it, though. :/ I think it's balanced.
Delphox actualy resists Fairy.
I find Delphox the best of the trio. It's Chesnaught that's the oddball to me. Plus it resists Fairy, and with so many Pokemon being retyped with the Fairy-type, I think it'll work well.
Delphox probably has low physical defense, HP, and speed. Edgequake can easily kill it.
A Pokemon's worth isn't determined solely by its competitive prowess, I certainly don't know why anyone is putting a Pokemon on a pedestal for a non-fairy weakness either. Torterra isn't weak to Ground and Infernape/Empoleon are...and....? A weakness is a weakness, stats are the main selling point.
Delphox is the worst to me because its design is the least appealing, pretty ugly imo. It's better than the generic Fennekin, but I just find Delphox's appearance and body shape unsightly. I was really hoping Braixen would incorporate its broom/stick as a witch/mage would but nah. But I do like the typing at least.
Who decided that Delphox is considered the worst of the trio? I am seeing more hate towards Chesnaught actually.

Delphox is the only one I like.
Seems like rather than a reverse triangle, they went with a "Let's make them even stronger against the Pokemon they're already strong against"
