The blogs have been kind of slow lately, so I'm going to try something sort of interactive.

I'll put a match-up between two games, anime, manga, characters, etc that have some sort of basis for being similar, and you guys (in the comments) try to guess which one I prefer.

And then in the next blog installment, I'll reveal the answer, along with a new match-up. So let's give it a shot...

#1 - SHADOW vs. SILVER



RATIONALE

We've got two hedgehogs here who both debuted in an anniversary title. Shadow debuted in Sonic Adventure 2 (10th Anniversary), while Silver debuted in SONIC the Hedgehog (15th Anniversary).

They are both able to use Chaos Control, and they teamed up together in the 2006 title and in the Sonic Rivals games.

Shadow was created as the "Ultimate Lifeform" by Professor Gerald Robotnik, is about as fast as Sonic, and recently works alongside GUN. Silver was from a ruined future originally, and has psychic powers.
