Fanfiction Author's Pet Peeves

So, I'm writing a fanfic that is loosely based on my run of Pokemon Black 2 with the Avatar: The Last Airbender challenge. I'd say it's like a Nuzlocke Run, but it's totally different. Here, see for yourselves:
So because of that challenge I'm limited to 4 types plus Normal. That's not a problem since I know how to use Action Replay codes on Black 2. I decided to go with Fire Nation, and I used my Action Replay panel to make it so that I could encounter the pokemon I wanted to use, with Deino being my starter. I made it perfectly clear in the first chapter of the fanfic that I am using an encounter cheat to get these pokemon.
And yet, one of my Anonymous Reviewers totally disregarded this, and as of chapter 18 they have asked me how I got Deino so early in the game, as well as my other pokemon. As if they never bothered to even READ my Author's Note where I outright say "I HACKED MY TEAM INTO THE GAME, YOU CANNOT ORDINARILY GET ANY OF THESE POKEMON IN THE STORYLINE" at least twice. Worse, because they're anonymous *as in, he posted as a guest but left a not-traceable username*, I can't track him/her down and answer their really stupid questions. I appreciate that they are bumping my review count, but seriously, at least they could have given me a way to talk to them -_-.
And that's another thing. I initially wrote this story for a friend of mine, and only posted it on FF.net because that was the easiest way to share it with her and any of my other friends who were interested. It gained a lot more popularity than I could have possibly hoped for. Even in my prime fanfic writing days I was never that popular.
But it's kinda discouraging when I read other fanfics that can generate 10 reviews per chapter, while I only get like, 5 for every 3 chapters I post. My story has 39 chapters in it, and it only has 36 reviews. It's not fair T^T

Now that I've gotten that out of my system, anyone interested in reading it? It's about a little teenager who goes on a journey with her starter, a Deino with a unique scar on her side, through the Unova region. It's loosely based on the plot of Black 2, with a few extra details to it, giving it a more realistic feel.
