The Jingster

The duelists all came together in the center of town, looking at each other. They had seen each other many times before, some of them were even family and close friends, but this tournament was to pit them against each other. Before they could say anything to each other, a loud roar filled the air. Looking up, the duelists saw a helicopter, with a young black-haired boy with glasses looking down towards them. He seemed to be trying to say something, but the helicopter was too loud. Frustrated, he took out a megaphone and threw it at the pilot, causing the helicopter to swerve and crash into a nearby tree. Thankfully nobody was hurt, and the boy jumped off, landing on his face. Despite being in pain, he tried to speak.

"Welcome to the first tournament! You have all been put in groups of three, pools as I call them, and will duel those in your pool. It might seem uneven, but it should be said, I will be in the tournament as well!"

The boy took out four flyers saying who would be in which pool and the duelists all looked at each other and ran around, preparing for their duels. Of course they trampled the poor host, but he smiled, things would be getting interesting soon.

You guys now know which group you're in, and you will duel each person in your group once. It will be a match with siding, and the loser will post the result. Winners get 2 points, draws earn both 1 point, and losing awards 0 points. Once everyone is done their matches we will move onto the next round. If for some reason you are unable to duel, please inform me and I'll give your group and extension. Gusto already told me that he will not be able to duel this weekend since he's in a plane, but come Monday should be able to duel. One last thing, could everyone who is in the tourney tell me who their favorite duel monster is? No repeats, and I have my reasons for asking :I
