The Jingster

The four remaining duelists sat inside of the dining hall in a castle as they stared at each other. They had all been through so many battles, and were each quite powerful. They could hear the sounds of cheers coming from outside as the announcer did his job and well...announced what was going on.

"Well then, I think its time for us to move onto the main course."

The young man with glasses clapped his hands as a bowl of soup was brought to each person, and they all began to eat, not taking their eyes off each other.

"Inside the soup are spheres containing a letter, the letter tells you which opponent you will face ne- Hey, are you listening to me!"

The other three had begun searching through the soup with their hands, searching for their spheres. The young man sighed as they wasted their soup.

"I got a star! What does that mean?" A young girl was staring at her paper, she had done much to get here, having taken down her own sisters to reach this point.

"I got...what the heck is this, 'fin'?" Another young man looked at his slip. He had blown past many of his opponents, truly a force to be dealt with.

"T-that's what people call me...tell me, do you know anything about stars?"

"Stars, I guess its about my constellars, guess we're gonna have to duel?"

"WOO I GOT MY SLIP!" One of the other duelists stared at a blank piece of paper. After having faced many of his friends in battle, he had moved on not based on their good will, but his own strength, the power of his dragons.

The host was gulping down his soup, he refused to waste his meal, did they have any idea how much he had paid for this? He stopped eating once he felt something in his throat, before coughing out a sphere which opened up to show a dragon.

"I guess I know who I'm up against...." He had faced many challengers, and friends, but had taken them down one by one. He didn't know what to expect as he looked at the dragon boy, another of his friends, a frequent sparring partner at that. "Oh boy..."

The four stood up as they walked out onto the arena, it was a replica of the one used during the legendary duelist kingdom tournament. They were all ready, not to make history like on that fateful day, but to have some fun and intense duels.
