1: What did you do in 2012 that you’d never done before?

I went to my first concert, which was Slash, Myles Kennedy, and the Conspirators. IT WAS FUCKING AWESOME.


2: Did you keep your new year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year?

I didn't make any this year. Next year I think I'll resolve to work out how to save money.


3: Did anyone close to you give birth?

No, but my cousin/best friend got pregnant. :/


4: Did anyone close to you die?

No.


5: What countries were you in?

America, New Zealand, Singapore, and Thailand.


6: What would you like to have in 2013 that you lacked in 2012?

How about cash? Intelligence? Beauty? Meh.


7: What dates from 2012 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?

The date of the concert. :D


8: What was your biggest achievement of the year?

I've not the faintest idea.


9: What was your biggest failure?

Well, for a while I thought I could art, and for a while I thought I could sing, but I worked out I'm not very good at either. So that'd be it.


10: Did you suffer illness or injury?

Uh... I dislocated my left middle finger. Not anything major.


11: What was the best thing you bought?

CONCERT TICKETS. FOR BOTH SLASH AND BLACK FUCKING SABBATH.


12: Whose behavior merited celebration?

What. I don't know.


13: Whose behavior made you appalled?

How about society as a whole? The first thing that comes to mind is that America has had a ridiculous amount of shootings this year, and yet gun control laws haven't been revised at all.

Albums. Whoops.

Apocalyptic Love by Slash, Myles Kennedy, and the Conspirators, not only because I saw them, but also because of the apocalypse that didn't happen.

Happier. Thinner. Richer, somehow.


18: What do you wish you’d done more of?

I wish I'd tried to start more conversations. I should've been nicer. :/


19: What do you wish you’d done less of?

In accordance with the above answer, I wish I'd been less of an asshole. Otherwise, I wish I'd spent less money.


20: How did you spend Christmas?

Indoors with my immediate family. Many CDs were given. It was nice.


21: Did you fall in love in 2012?

I admittedly did, though I am not currently.


22: What was your favorite TV program?

The Big Bang Theory!


23: Do you hate anyone now that you didn’t hate this time last year?

I shall concede that there is. Nobody on this website comes to mind, however.


24: What was the best book you read?

Devil Bones by Kathy Reichs.


25: What was your greatest musical discovery?

Judas Priest and Iron Maiden, would you fucking believe it. I couldn't have named you three songs this time last year, and look how much of an obsessed fangirl I am now.


26: What did you want and get?

Friends, somehow. And I'm incredibly thankful for that. Otherwise, CONCERT TICKETS AND A SHITLOAD OF ALBUMS. AND AN ELECTRIC GUITAR THAT LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE JANICK GERS'. I LOVE IT SO MUCH.


27: What did you want and not get?

A rain of money. :/


28: What was your favorite film this year?

This year I discovered that Mad Max is fantastic. One of my favorite movies of all time, without a doubt.


29: What one thing made your year immeasurably more satisfying?

Black Sabbath getting back together. :D

Black. Black. Black. Band shirts.

Me? Sane? Good joke.

The American Presidential Election and seriously, gun control.
