For those of you who don't know (which is probably the majority here), my faithful Springer Spaniel, Dylan passed away due to a liver failure earlier this year. It was a tragic thing to occur, as none of us saw it coming due to him secretly coping with it for an extremely long time, and the decision of putting him down, was difficult, especially near a very pleasant occasion for me.
Two days ago, after some research, we bought a new puppy, though. Mum wanted something different than Dylan, as the years had gone by, and we were no longer capable of having a medium-sized energetic dog, as my Mother travels from our apartment to our house regularly in the week, and my older siblings are not residing at home as often as they were eight and half years ago. We all desired a small, quiet dog who doesn't shed, which is fussy, I realise. For some reason, I came up with the idea of a Bichon Frise/Lhasa Apso crossbreed. Apparently, according to the vet, they have better temperament when crossed (these breeds, anyways). I looked them up online, and was pleased, so I moved onto houses where I could buy them, and picked an ostensibly sincere source.
We met the owner, who had two males left, and Mum and I were both instantly smitten with one, but his brother was cute as well. Everyone, I'd like you to meet Freddy!
He's quiet, but he chews on everything excluding his chew toy. I'm teaching him slowly that my finger isn't an option.
